Account Registration Requirements:

• Each email address may only be associated with one account.
• Keep your password strong — never share it with anyone.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact vip apps Support immediately.
• Registering with false information will result in account termination.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use vip apps. Account creation and betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

Once a bet is confirmed on vip apps, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is placed before a match begins and the match is subsequently cancelled, the stake will be refunded. For live betting, in the event of a delay caused by a server issue, the decision of vip apps authorities is final.

Withdrawal Process Steps:

• The welcome bonus applies to new members only — on the first deposit.
• A wagering requirement (Rollover) must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Rebate bonuses are generally credited automatically every Monday.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• If bonus abuse is found, any winnings accrued may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip apps. Participation in any of these may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Intentionally exploiting site vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward vip apps staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Unauthorised collection of other members' personal information.

Vip apps genuinely believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to the well-being and happiness of our members.

Each member can set their own limits directly from their account. These limits take effect immediately.

Vip apps is committed to maintaining a high standard of service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• vip apps is not liable for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• vip apps is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software or hardware.
• If an account data breach occurs due to the member's own negligence, vip apps bears no liability.
• Maximum compensation is limited to the member's net deposits over the preceding 30 days.
• vip apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Vip apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the reasons listed below. Members will generally be informed of the reason before account closure; however, in urgent cases, action may be taken without advance notice.

• Serious violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Submitting false identity information or fraudulent documents.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, provided there are no outstanding rule violation claims.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Vip apps reserves the right to modify, add to, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.
